Job Description - Corporate Sales Executive

Grecotel Hotels & Resorts, a prestigious hotel chain in Greece, is seeking a talented and ambitious Corporate Sales Executive to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to promote our hotels and attract corporate clients. You will work closely with the Grecotel Sales Department to identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets. As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of Grecotel by expanding our corporate client base and driving revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals and industry events.
  • Assess and prioritize leads based on their potential value and alignment with company offerings.
  • Conduct in-depth discussions with potential clients to understand their business challenges, goals and requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations that showcase the value and benefits of the company's products or services.
  • Develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and generate referrals.
  • Track sales activity, maintain accurate records in hotel systems and prepare regular reports on sales performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales or hospitality field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience selling to corporate clients is a plus.
  • Ability to build rapport, actively listen, and clearly articulate ideas.
  • Ability to close deals and achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Confidence and ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Understanding of sales processes, methodologies and techniques.
  • Ability to identify and address customer challenges with creative solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in PMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences.
  • Fluency in English, secondary language is considered an asset.
