Responsibilities • Cooperates with the sales department and participates in meetings as a technical expert
• Identifies the client’s requirements, and analyzes the project’s technical and operational specifications (requirement capture)
• Develops detailed proposals and scopes of work that clearly articulate the solution and the necessary tasks for successful delivery
• Prepares the bill of material (BOM), and analyzes all necessary manpower in cooperation with the Service Delivery Manager
• Prepares and conducts technical presentations to the client
• Successfully demonstrate products and 3rd party solutions
• Maintain technical and industry knowledge through ongoing training, seminars, and certifications. Requirements • Server/System Knowledge: Familiarity with hardware and licensing, virtualization, storage solutions, and the integration of various systems within an enterprise environment.
• Advanced Networking Skills: Proficient in LAN, switching, and Wi-Fi technologies. Possession of a CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Cybersecurity Expertise: Knowledge of firewall technologies.
• Cloud Certification: Certifications in Azure, AWS, or similar platforms are preferred.
• BSc in Computer Science
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Analytical skills: expertise in evaluating client needs and converting them into detailed technical specifications and solutions, with a focus on precision and detail
• Strong ability to present and demonstrate the value of solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
