Sales Associate (Astir Marina Vouliagmenis)

JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a well-known Italian luxury fashion brand, is looking for a Sales Associate for its new store in Astir Marina Vouliagmenis.

Responsibilities

• Serving customers and dealing with enquiries
• Processing cash, card and online payments
• Updating customer records in the company’s database as required
• Handling product returns
• Reporting any inventory or service issues to management and the Store Manager
• Promoting products based on the company’s directives
• Arranging products on the shelves and on promotional displays
• Unpacking and sorting new stock delivery
• Managing product inventory at the store

Requirements

• Excellent selling skills and ability to create customer base
• Fluent in English (extra languages skills are desirable)
• Previous work experience in similar position
• Problem solving, curiosity and interest in luxury/fashion, art and design
• Proficiency in using point of sale system (POS) and inventory management software
