Sales Representative

LIVEIN PROPERTIES is a fully integrated development and construction company dedicated to creating better homes for people to live, learn, work, and play.

LIVEIN PROPERTIES is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a Sales Representative (Russian Speaking) for our offices in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

• Full management of sales and marketing to promote our properties.
• Building relationships with Agency networks
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and fast respond to their needs.
• Meeting personal sales targets
• Meeting office sales targets
• Attending industry events and trade shows to stay up to date with market trends.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and market developments.

Requirements:

• Sales experience in the development industry will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office software
• Russian and English are a must, Greek will be an additional bonus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have a resilient, positive, and friendly attitude.
• Ability to work independently.
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• A driving license is a must.
