Responsibilities
As a Customer Satisfaction and Service Representative, your daily tasks will include:

• Identifying and prospecting potential clients
• Actively engaging with leads and qualifying opportunities
• Successfully closing commerce deals
• Upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
• Promoting client products and services
• Assisting customers with opening accounts
• Providing information and education about latest client products
• Keeping clients informed about the latest news
