Job Description - Salesperson - Hiring Fast

We are on the lookout for a brilliant Salesperson to join our incredible team at C.L. Somatic Intelligence Ltd in Λευκωσία.

The ideal candidate will be expected to relate deeply to our potential leads in our closed Facebook community, engage on the founder's social media platforms, based on familiarity with what we teach, do sales calls, track results, reach out to potential leads, educate and nurture leads on our services, warm them up for soft sales via Messenger, DMs, WA, and Email, and close when possible.

Qualifications:

  • You possess a high level of empathy, emotional intelligence, the ability to bond in a community setting, strong intuition, forward-thinking, ability to work independently, be proactive, confidential, detail-oriented, self-starter, think strategically, and be personable and warm.
  • You are results-oriented and ready to go the extra mile to deliver on challenging goals and continuously challenge yourself to reach higher and higher success levels..
  • You possess high energy, consistent self-motivation, and are able to finish your day with the same enthusiasm you started with.
  • You must be able to communicate well with senior-level professionals and C-suite executives.
  • Recent experience in selling B2C products or services in the range of $5,000 - $10,000 per deal is preferred.
  • You need to have the ambition to quickly get sales up and running and hit sales goals.
  • Must possess fluent English with no grammar mistakes, and able to communicate in the North American and European styles. 
  • You are embodied in your femininity and have feminine sensitivity.

  • You manage objections with ease and pride in converting even the most challenging prospect to a sale.

  • You are inspired and motivated by adapting your communication style to mirror a variety of interesting prospects’ backgrounds and would love to be in front of hot prospects.
  • Rapport and trust-building ooze out of you. You can relate deeply to others. 
  • You get in the zone while spending most of your day in Zoom sessions.
  • You are a quick study who understands a new complex service with ease because you are so curious.
  • You are a phenomenal communicator who can educate and persuade qualified prospects and make them feel at ease buying from you. 

Tasks include:

  • Be present, active, and known to our closed communities and to leads on our social media platforms via your personal profile, building rapport, and trust.
  • Must train and learn the Power of Somatic Intelligence brand message, learn how to communicate via the brand voice, and speak to the ideal client.
  • Attend meetings with the founder or other team members where required.
  • Use empathy to uncover the needs of the prospects and use predetermined questions to identify qualified leads, while aligning with the authenticity of the brand, using soft sales.
  • Adjust based on the person’s style of conversation, i.e chitty chatty, bottom line, etc.
  • Keep track of sales activities in our CRM making sure the sales process is documented.
  • Plan regular follow-ups to keep leads warm and create a constant flow of sales.
  • Nurture the lead and pass it on to the founder for a Discovery Call when needed.
  • Do various types of sales calls and close where it is appropriate. 

This is a Creme de la Creme sales opportunity we will provide a fixed base salary plus a motivating commission structure on top and world-class training. Starts with 20 hours a week and can grow to full-time over time. Hourly rate is $20. Hired as an independent contractor.
