HR Intern

bbf: is one of the leading and fastest-growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, and other related services. bbf: is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for an HR Intern to join our HR team.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Filing and organizing employee records
  
• Helping with onboarding paperwork for new hires
• Assisting in work permit applications to immigration
  
• Supporting HR events and training sessions
• Assist with HR administrative tasks and preparing HR-related documents

Requirements for the position:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related filed, a Masters in Human Resources will be considered as an advantage
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English and Greek. Russian will be considered as an advantage
