ManpowerGroup Greece , a global leader in workforce solutions, committed to connecting businesses with the talent they need to thrive, is in search of a Recruitment Consultant , for the Permanent Placement Division in Thessaloniki, Greece.

Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment Consultant at ManpowerGroup, you will play a pivotal role in connecting top talent with leading employers. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding client needs and requirements to identifying, attracting, and placing qualified candidates.

More specifically the successful candidate will:

• Proactively source, identify, and attract high-caliber candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job opening to offer acceptance
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills testing, and reference checks
• Advise both clients and candidates regarding employment conditions, salary ranges, career opportunities etc
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and constructive feedback, guidance, and support throughout the hiring process
• Use market insights to advise clients on talent acquisition strategies and best practices
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives

Requirements

Candidate Profile:

• 1-2 years of experience as a recruitment consultant or in an internship role
• University degree in business administration, economics or a relevant field
• Master’s degree in human resources will be considered an asset
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
