About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Intern to join our Global Marketing & Communications team. Your primary focus will be to enhance our online presence across various social media platforms, with a particular emphasis on Instagram and TikTok.

This internship is a fantastic opportunity to get great first experience in marketing, and learn how to interact with different stakeholders within a large organization. Successful completion of the internship may open doors to a full-time role within our organization. Collaborating closely with our digital, design, and communications teams, you will report directly to the Global Head of Marketing & Communications.

Responsibilities

  • Create and curate written, video, and image content for our social media channels
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media to enhance community engagement and foster positive interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms to suggest new and innovative ideas for content creation.
  • Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns targeted at prospective clients and employees.
  • Generate regular reports on social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights for optimization.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field with solid academic performance
  • 0-1+ years experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficient in English
  • Passionate for crafting compelling and engaging content
