Guest Experience Agent (Front Office Agent)

Canaves Collection, a renowned luxury hospitality company located in the picturesque village of Oia, in the northern part of Santorini Island, is seeking a Guest Experience Agent (Front Office Agent) to join its dynamic team. As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests of all four luxury properties owned and managed by Canaves Collection. Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Respond to guest inquiries, provide information and suggest activities and excursions
• Handling daily email and messages
• Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution
• Maintain accurate guest records and handle financial transactions
• Organize and coordinate guest transfers and transportation
• Ensure that guests receive personalized attention and that their needs and expectations are met

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a front-office/customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
• Advanced use of Greek language, both oral and written
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• Proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems ( Opera , Fidelio )
• Strong customer service skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
