10-month MAT cover - Middle Office

The role requires close collaboration with internal teams across Finance, Risk, IT, and other operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimise firm inventory through CCPs, Triparty, or Bilateral Transactions to meet liquidity and capital targets
• Liaise with client operations teams for secured funding trades and repo post-trade activities to ensure timely issue resolution and settlement
• Enhance controls and continuously reduce operational risks

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and prompt escalation abilities
• Ability to grasp complex problems quickly and troubleshoot effectively
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong prioritisation and time management capabilities
• Proactive and flexible team player
• Preferred experience in trade support, collateral/triparty management, and exposure to repo/stock loan products
