Job Description

Preparing full set of accounts for the company including cash management, budgeting,
Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring all entries are properly coded and documented.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including issuing invoices, chasing receivables, and processing supplier payments.
Perform regular bank, credit card, and account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
Support month-end closing activities, including preparing schedules and updating financial records.
Provide full spectrum of HR and general office administration duties, including payroll

The Successful Applicant

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 5 years' experience gained from commercial or industry settings with direct business operations involvement.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
