Job Description - Admin Assistant (12 Months Contract)

Your new company

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role provides high-level administrative and coordination support to bankers, including managing schedules, handling client and internal communications, arranging travel, processing expenses, and supporting office operations, events, and visiting team members.

Your new role
  • High level of responsibility in managing and coordinating activities around bankers
  • Proactive, professional contact and co-ordination with clients, business personnel and peer counterparts
  • Comprehensive diary management and scheduling of external and internal meetings/calls
  • Arrangement of business travel and logistics
  • Processing of expense reports and invoices in a timely manner
  • Responsible for general office administrative duties, ad-hoc project and/or event
  • Local support of visiting team members from other offices


What you'll need to succeed
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Proactive and motivated personality with attention to detail
  • Team player with the ability to use his own initiative and to prioritise
