Our client provides a wide range of investment banking, securities, wealth management, and investment management services to corporations, governments, institutions, and individuals worldwide.
Your new role
Manage complex calendars, including scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings
Serve as a proactive and professional point of contact, liaising with clients, business stakeholders, and internal counterparts.
Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and logistics
Process expense reports and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Handle general office administration, as well as support ad hoc projects and events as required
Provide on-the-ground support for visiting team members from regional or global offices
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 5 years' relevant administrative or support experience
Fluency in both English and Cantonese (written and spoken)
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented mindset
A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in prioritisation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-service orientation
High level of professionalism and discretion, with sound judgment in handling sensitive information
Ability to remain composed under pressure and demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and adaptability
