Job Description - Administrative Assistant/IT Administrator (Welcome Fresh Graduate)

Your new company

Currently, I am hiring a Administrative Assistant/ IT Administrator for my client, who is a leading technology solutions provider in HK.

Your new role
  • Maintain inventory records, asset lists, stock levels, and assist with asset tagging
  • Handle IT product procurement: request quotations, compare prices, prepare purchase orders, and follow up with vendors
  • Perform accurate data entry for procurement, inventory, and sales-related documents
  • Support administrative tasks including filing, documentation, scheduling, and coordination

What you'll need to succeed
  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year relevant experience are welcome
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of basic IT equipment is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills and a positive working attitude
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable
