Job Description - AI Business Analyst (1-year contract)

Responsibilities:

Partner with business stakeholders across functions to identify and assess GenAI use cases, with a focus on productivity, decision support, automation, and user experience.
Translate business problems into clear requirements; help design and document AI-enabled workflows that combine GenAI, low-code automation, and existing enterprise systems.

Conduct feasibility assessments for AI initiatives, balancing business impact, technical complexity, data readiness, and risk.
Act as the bridge between business and tech teams, ensuring alignment in scope, assumptions, and expected outcomes.
Support end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, from ideation and prototyping through MVP, rollout, and post-implementation optimisation.

Requirements:

4-6 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, or technology-enabled initiatives.
Strong capability in requirements elicitation and process mapping.
Solid understanding of Gen AI concepts and practical application in business workflows.
Working knowledge of Microsoft M365 GenAI and Power Platform, including Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate is an advantage.
Experience in insurance or regulated industries.
