AI Consultant

We are looking for an AI Consultant to support a luxury retail brand in identifying AI opportunities and shaping solutions that improve customer experience and business performance.



Key responsibilities

• Run discovery sessions with business and technology stakeholders to understand needs and pain points.
• Translate business requirements into clear AI use cases and solution concepts.
• Support demos, workshops, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Work closely with vendors, consultants, and technical teams to shape feasible solutions.
• Present solution ideas and business value to senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities across clienteling, personalization, customer service, store operations, and retail analytics.

Requirements

• Experience in presales, solution consulting, or technology consulting.
• Background from a consultant, vendor, or SI environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of AI, data, and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in retail or luxury retail is a strong advantage.
