Analyst, Middle Office Operations (Up to 65K, Asset Management)

Our Client is a global asset management organization, they are seeking for a Middle Office AP Analyst to support the Middle Office team.

Key Responsibility

• Lead the oversight controls for outsourced Middle Office activities to ensure seamless execution across the full trade life cycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to manage diverse Middle Office requests professionally.
• Resolve business-as-usual incidents by performing root cause analysis and implementing effective preventive measures.
• Drive operational excellence by championing automation initiatives and proposing process efficiency improvements.
• Constructively challenge Middle Office service providers to ensure the highest standards of service delivery are met.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Possess over five years of Middle Office experience covering trade matching, settlement, reconciliation, and corporate actions.
• Demonstrate profound knowledge of public market instruments and APAC-specific settlement processes and regulations.
• Hold a University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related academic discipline.
• Exhibit extensive experience operating within the asset management industry and a diverse, multi-cultural environment.
• Maintain professional fluency in English, with proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin considered a distinct advantage.
• Possess practical knowledge of Bloomberg AIM and digital proficiency in programming or data analytics.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with a proactive, self-motivated mindset.
• Exhibit the ability to work independently while effectively challenging the status quo for constant improvement.

• Contract Period: 1 year contract
• Benefit: 14 days AL per annum, 2 days paid sick leave per month
