Job Description - Application Production Support

Key Responsibilities

Provide first‑line production support for wealth management applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across securities, futures, and options trading systems, including web and mobile platforms.
Work with vendors and internal teams to deliver system fixes and enhancements.
Conduct and document internal testing for upgrades; support UAT and deployments.
Perform SQL updates and assist with improvements to in‑house programs.
Manage system upgrades and projects in line with change‑management policies.
Carry out regular system health checks and maintain stability for local/global markets.
Participate in rotating shifts, including nights and public holidays, to ensure 24/7 support.

Requirements

Degree in IT/Computer Science; advanced qualifications are a plus.
No experience required.
Strong SQL skills; Linux knowledge preferred.
Good communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
