Job Description

Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns, business initiatives, and agency activities
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to manage General Insurance partnerships and drive engagement
Provide day-to-day sales and operational support to the agency channel
Develop reports and analyse data to track performance and identify business opportunities
Assist in implementing digital initiatives and cross-selling strategies across insurance products
Coordinate stakeholder communications and support ongoing projects and business initiatives

The Successful Applicant

Degree holder with around 5 years' experience in sales support, client servicing, insurance operations
Candidate with less experience will also be considered for a junior position
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proficient in Excel
Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
