Job Description
  • Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns, business initiatives, and agency activities
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to manage General Insurance partnerships and drive engagement
  • Provide day-to-day sales and operational support to the agency channel
  • Develop reports and analyse data to track performance and identify business opportunities
  • Assist in implementing digital initiatives and cross-selling strategies across insurance products
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications and support ongoing projects and business initiatives
The Successful Applicant
  • Degree holder with around 5 years' experience in sales support, client servicing, insurance operations
  • Candidate with less experience will also be considered for a junior position
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
