Automation Engineer

We are building a high-performing Automation Engineering team to support multiple strategic, enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work on real-world, tech-enabled automation projects.

You will be involved in the design, development, testing, and deployment of business process automation solutions, leveraging modern AI and automation technologies.

This role is open to fresh graduates who are passionate about AI, automation, and engineering, as well as junior professionals looking to deepen their exposure to enterprise automation delivery.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy business process automation (BPA/RPA) solutions
• Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable automation workflows
• Build automation solutions using Python and leading workflow / automation platforms
• Support end-to-end delivery including requirement analysis, solution development, documentation, and post‑deployment support
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing existing automation solutions
• Stay current with emerging trends in AI, intelligent automation, and workflow orchestration

Required Skills for the Role:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Ideally has 1 - 2 years of experience in Python programming
• Exposure to automation or workflow tools such as:
• UiPath
• Microsoft Power Automate
• Amazon Bedrock Flows (or similar)
• Other RPA / workflow platforms
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Good communication skills with the ability to work in a team-based environment

Nice to Have

• Internship, project, or hands-on experience in RPA, workflow automation, or AI-enabled solutions
• Understanding of APIs, cloud services, or enterprise systems
• Exposure to Agile / DevOps delivery practices
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new automation and AI technologies
