Branch Executive (Fresh graduates are welcome)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunity on new customer acquisition and general banking products including deposit and lending business etc. to achieve sales targets and business KPIs.
• Promote the functionalities, marketing offers and benefits of our e-banking and “inMotion” services to customers at retail branches.
• Provide advice and support to customers on using electronic means of our bank including Internet Banking and “inMotion” App etc.
• Enhance and maintain good customer relationship so as to solicit business opportunities by proactively rendering best-in-class service and cross-selling of the banking product.

Requirements

• Secondary education or above
• With basic knowledge of online banking services
• With customer service experience in retail banking will be an advantage
• Strong sales drive with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
