Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
Assist in mapping and improving insurance workflows, processes, and systems.
Support data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for operational enhancement.
Prepare user stories, functional specifications, and test cases for system enhancements.
What you'll need to succeed
1-2 years of experience in insurance, business analysis, operations, actuarial support, or internships in related areas. Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome.
Basic understanding of insurance products or processes (life/general/health).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Power BI, or other analytics tools is a plus.
