Job Title: Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Execute technical and business projects across multiple stakeholders, developing insightful analyses to support process and project improvements.
• Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and prepare detailed functional specifications to guide development.
• Facilitate end-to-end testing, including creating test plans, conducting testing sessions, and effectively communicating results with business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage change requests and diligently track the progress of bug fixes for designated applications in collaboration with development teams.
• Provide robust roll-out and post-implementation support to ensure the successful adoption of solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in insurance and banking projects.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Cantonese and English.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tooling, such as JIRA, is preferred.
