Business Analyst - Claims & Insurance

Job Summary: Support claims transformation and digital initiatives by analyzing claims business needs, translating them into requirements, and coordinating UAT to ensure end-to-end claims workflows work correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document user requirements and business rules across the claims lifecycle (e.g., FNOL, assessment, investigation, approval, settlement, reporting).
• Translate requirements into functional specs/user stories and acceptance criteria for IT delivery.
• Coordinate UAT with Claims Ops, QA, and IT; manage defect triage and track to resolution/sign-off.
• Support system/integration requirements for claims platforms and downstream systems (e.g., policy, payments, customer platforms).
• Maintain traceable documentation and support go-live readiness and post-release fixes/hypercare as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of BA experience in insurance claims (or claims operations) with hands-on UAT and requirements work.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to validate end-to-end workflow correctness.
• Execellent communication skills in Chinese and English.
