Business Analyst - Digital/ Insurance

This pivotal role serves as a key bridge between business and technology teams, translating strategic priorities into practical, high-impact digital solutions that deliver measurable business value and drive meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to collect, document, and analyze business requirements related to distribution compensation.

• Assess existing systems and processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

• Develop detailed use cases and user stories to clearly communicate requirements to development teams.

• Serve as the liaison between business units and offshore development teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.

• Define and align SIT and UAT approaches and schedules, ensuring solutions meet business needs and quality standards.

• Assist in project planning, monitoring, and reporting on progress, risks, and issues.

• Coordinate resource planning with offshore teams and help upskill team capabilities to meet Hong Kong team expectations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Insurance industry.

• Experience in working on Digital transformation project is a big plus.

• Solid knowledge on life insurance is required.

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

• Demonstrated proficient presentation and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese and English, including the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
