Business Analyst (General Insurance)

Our Client, a leading General Insurance firm, are looking for a skilled business analyst with General Insurance expertise, to enhance operational efficiency across the business. Your new role

• Lead discovery workshops, map processes, and capture detailed requirements for GI operations.
  
• Translate business problems into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process/controls documents
  
• Diagnose bottlenecks across claims, underwriting referrals, policy servicing, and collections; design solutions
  
• Ensure operational processes align with HK Insurance Authority (IA) guidelines
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in General Insurance
• Strong exposure to claims and policy admin processes; familiarity with common GI platforms
• Proven in delivery of post-launch enhancements (Day-2) including UAT planning,
• Experience facilitating workshops, documenting requirements and user stories
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
