We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our client, a global financial institute. The ideal candidate will drive process and project improvements while ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Execute a variety of technical and business projects, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver analyses that support process enhancements and project improvements.
Gather requirements effectively, prepare functional specifications, and assist in business testing to ensure alignment with project goals.
Conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing, including the creation of test plans, execution of tests, and active communication with business users during User Acceptance Testing.
Manage change requests and diligently track the progress of bug fixes in collaboration with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Provide robust roll-out and post-implementation support, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing success of the implemented solutions.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on insurance and banking projects is essential.
Communication Skills: Excellent command of spoken and written Cantonese and English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools, such as JIRA, is preferred, enabling efficient project execution and collaboration.
