Job Description - Business Analyst, global insurer

Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze data to pinpoint business challenges and opportunities for enhancement.
Create and document business requirements, user stories, process workflows, risks, timelines, and communication plans for projects.
Execute all project tasks and deliverables in alignment with agreed timelines and budget estimates.
Engage and influence project stakeholders to secure the necessary support and input for project success.
Organize and lead project status and design meetings, facilitating brainstorming, decision-making, and issue resolution.
Develop and implement test plans to ensure solutions align with business needs.
Provide training and support to end users to facilitate the successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend further improvements as needed.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, IT, or related fields.
A minimum of 3 years of solid experience as a Business Analyst, managing or consulting on large-scale projects in the financial services industry (preferably in insurance).
Strong understanding of project management control processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in business analysis techniques.
Strong abilities in change management and dispute resolution.
