We're looking for a Business Analyst with expertise in insurance operations, to drive the uplift of operational efficiency at a top-tier insurance firm.

Your new role

Lead business analysis for insurance operations projects
Assess and document workflows and identify enhancement opportunities
Document business needs and translate to technical requirements
Support testing, training, and change management

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within insurance operations
Familiarity with claims or policy admin systems, workflow automation, and digital process improvement tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical teams.
A tech-curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies
