Job Description - Business Analyst - MNC/Friendly team/Long-term

We are help our client, an MNC in entertainment industry, to look for a Junior Business Analyst to join their technology team to support internal applications across HR, Payroll, and Finance functions. This is a role combining technical business analysis with hands-on application support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily application support to HR, Payroll, and Finance users, including answer calls, log issues, troubleshoot, and document resolutions.
  • Act as the bridge between business users and external vendors for issue resolution and system updates.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements for system fixes or enhancements.
  • Support basic testing and UAT coordination across multiple teams.
  • Support monthly night updates
  • Write user guides, process flows, and functional specifications as needed.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Management, IT, or related field.
  • Basic HTML or XML skills.
  • Experience in Business Analysis.
  • Energetic, creative, and proactive personality
  • Open to occasional night support (once per month until around 1am).
