We are help our client, an MNC in entertainment industry, to look for a Junior Business Analyst to join their technology team to support internal applications across HR, Payroll, and Finance functions. This is a role combining technical business analysis with hands-on application support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily application support to HR, Payroll, and Finance users, including answer calls, log issues, troubleshoot, and document resolutions.
Act as the bridge between business users and external vendors for issue resolution and system updates.
Gather, document, and validate business requirements for system fixes or enhancements.
Support basic testing and UAT coordination across multiple teams.
Support monthly night updates
Write user guides, process flows, and functional specifications as needed.

Requirements

2-3 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Management, IT, or related field.
Basic HTML or XML skills.
Experience in Business Analysis.
Energetic, creative, and proactive personality
Open to occasional night support (once per month until around 1am).
