About the role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in handing the operation projects, stakeholder management and oversea the entire project lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Oversaw the entire project lifecycle of an operation project.
• Documented business requirements and collaborated with all stakeholders.
• Provided insights and enhancements for upgraded processes.
• Executed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure effective management of the process.
• Support projects aimed at automating processes and enhancing digital adoption
• Assisted with various ad-hoc projects as needed.
  
  Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in in Business Information Systems or any related discipline
• 4-6 years of experience on business analysis in financial services segment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Understanding Agile Application Development is a Significant Advantage.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Immediate availability or a short notice period preferred.
