Your new role

• Oversee the New Business and Underwriting transformation project
• Assess document operations workflows and identify enhancement opportunities
• Document business needs and translate to technical requirements
• Support testing, training, and change management

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within life insurance operations
• End-to-end project management experience
• Familiarity with new business or underwriting operations, workflow automation, and digital process improvement tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical teams.
