About Our Client

Our client is a large organization within the financial services industry, known for its focus on innovation and data-driven strategies. The Analytics department plays a key role in supporting the company's objectives.

Job Description

Deliver digital messaging propositions across multiple platforms (eDM, SMS, Push Notifications, etc.)
Manage end-to-end development lifecycle, from scoping to post-implementation support
Collaborate with business units and analytics teams to optimise campaign performance
Perform hands-on analytics for lead generation and campaign tracking
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions

The Successful Applicant

Degree in Statistics, Data Management, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in retail banking with strong data management skills
Solid Python programming experience (mandatory); SAS knowledge is an advantage
Familiarity with digital messaging technologies (e.g., SFMC, AEM)
Knowledge of SQL, Tableau/QlikSense, and Pega preferred
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager level
