The Role:

They are actively seeking a Business Data Analytics Manager to join their ever-growing Analytics team on a 12-month contract with view to extend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and optimize resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytical insights into daily workflows and strategic planning.
• Establish and uphold rigorous standards for analytics methodologies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality information solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote collaboration and effective communication
• Translate high-level business objectives into targeted analytics initiatives, leveraging strong commercial awareness to drive results.

Essential Experience and Skills:

• University degree in a Quantitative discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, equivalent)
• Minimum 5 yearsof hands-on analytics experience in Retail Banking, with a focus on Deposits and/or FX products
• Demonstrated expertisein customer segmentation, portfolio optimization, pricing analytics, and data science, with exposure to machine learning, AI, or open-source data analysis.
• Advanced proficiencyin analytics and visualization tools (Python, SQL/BigQuery, Tableau)
• Strong communication skillswith the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and diverse audiences.
