Job Description - Campaign Marketing, Assistant Manager

Your new role

Support appeal case handling, including reviewing documentation, coordinating internal follow-up, and ensuring timely and accurate case resolution.
Manage end-to-end EDM fulfilment, from briefing and content validation to execution, testing, and post-deployment checks.
Assist in launching and coordinating marketing campaigns to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Conduct post-campaign assessments, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future marketing investment.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, compliance, and creative teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all campaign workflows and customer communications.

What you'll need to succeed

4-5 years of experience in insurance marketing operations, digital marketing, campaign management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to support case appeals with accuracy and professionalism.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
Experience in financial services, retail banking, or SME marketing is an advantage.
