Your new role

• 
  Ability to manage end-to-end, circuit life cycle as part of the transport management team in the region.
  
• 
  Effectively manage and communicate to clients internally and externally for delivering request for business enablement.
  
• 
  Liaison to Operation teams, Business management, Sourcing team internally
  
• 
  Effective manage interactions and relationship with 3rd party Managed Service Provider and Telecom Circuits Provider
  
• 
  Be involved in the process of producing 3rd party Service Provider's Master Service Agreement (MSA), in collaboration with Sourcing Team and ENS Operation Team
  
• 
  Ability to drive resolution effectively with Circuit Provider when problem arisen during service provisioning or billing matters
  
• 
  Monitoring service requests thru email and ticketing system daily, collect requirement, take appropriate action by following standard processes and respond promptly
  
• 
  Duty including obtain circuit price for benchmarking, preparing price comparison sheet and reports to management team and requestor for best resolution, accountable for cost and inventory controls which support operational and business needs while delivering transparency and best in class pricing to the Firm
  
• 
  Manage and review quote including preparation of internal approval document for design approval, financial sign off and telecom contract review
  
• 
  Review quote and contract align with SLA, protecting the Firm interests to ensure SLA is met for every services
  
• 
  Manage 3rd party vendor billing system with duties but not limited to, voice and data circuit provisioning, invoice processing, expense management, metrics, and reporting
  
• 
  Manage monthly vendor service meeting, ensure vendor provide monthly reports, meeting minutes and follow up actions in timely manner
  
• 
  Effectively co-ordinate escalation management for both internal and external when necessary
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 
  Excellent English communication skills and the ability to interact with highly skilled technology professionals
  
• 
  Ability to drive and execute require circuit order, deliver on time and within budget
  
• 
  Ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities.
  
• 
  Self-starter, team worker, excellent problem resolving ability, be flexible and strong sense of personal responsibility and integrity
  
• 
  Experience in MS Excel and some metric soft skills
  
• 
  Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  
• 
  Experience in Telecom vendor management techniques
  
• 
  Multinational Financial industry, preferably tier 1 Investment banking experience
  
• 
  Formal project/task management training desirable
