A global banking group is seeking a Client Solutions Coordinator to support their team on an initial 6-month contract.
Your new role
Contribute to the platform migration program by coordinating tasks, schedules, and documentation related to client onboarding, connectivity validation, and system implementation.
Maintain and update project documentation using Confluence, Jira, and other standard productivity tools.
Collaborate with internal teams - including Commercial, Sales, Development Management, IT, Risk, Compliance, and global counterparts - to ensure onboarding and project deliverables are completed efficiently and on time.
Handle daily coordination for projects involving trading platforms, new market integrations, regulatory requirements, and operational risk initiatives.
Monitor action items, prepare progress updates, and ensure documentation and workflow processes remain clear and up to date.
Assist with change management by ensuring all supporting teams are informed, aligned, and ready for implementation activities and environment preparation.
What you'll need to succeed
1+ years of experience in project coordination, UAT tester, operations, PMO functions, client onboarding, or other related roles.
Bachelor's degree or comparable level of higher education.
