Job Description

Support CLM processes across onboarding, periodic KYC refresh, client maintenance, and offboarding.
Review and validate the quality of customer due-diligence and KYC information, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Conduct checks on customer documentation, risk classification, and source-of-wealth/source-of-funds information.
Work closely with Relationship Managers, Compliance, and Operations to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing documentation.
Monitor lifecycle events to ensure timely updates and adherence to internal policies.
Prepare CLM-related documentation, exception summaries, and compliance follow-up actions.
Support process improvements and contribute to strengthening CLM standards across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Business, Finance, Risk Management or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years' experience in CLM, KYC, AML, onboarding, client documentation, or related areas in financial services.
Strong understanding of due-diligence requirements, customer documentation standards, and regulatory expectations.
Knowledge of AML regulations preferred (e.g., CDD, EDD, sanctions, PEP screening).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in MS Excel, documentation handling, workflow tracking, and data validation.
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
