Knowledge in US FCPA regulation and Anti-bribery compliance
Good working experience in APAC/ US operational compliance

About Our Client

Our client is a reputable organisation within the professional services industry, they are currently hiring a Compliance Specialist to be responsible for operational compliance support, policy advisory and risk project review, candidate must have good knowledge in U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practice Act and Anti-bribery compliance and exposure for APAC or US compliance regulation.

Job Description

Supporting the implementation and monitoring of compliance programs within the banking and financial services department.
Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
Assisting in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and filings.
Conducting compliance risk assessments and recommending improvements.
Providing guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry standards.
Collaborating with internal teams to address compliance-related concerns.
Assisting in audits and investigations as required.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
at least 5 years of working experience under APAC / US operational compliance
Must have good knowledge in U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practice Act and Anti-bribery compliance regulation
Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
Work collaboratively with team member
Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
