Job Description - Contract Assistant Manager (Employee Benefits Transformation)

The Job:

Perform business analysis, consolidate and prepare user requirements for IT systems and EB projects
Prepare detailed user requirements for EB business, which include, but not limited to, sales, underwriting, administration, claims, finance, customer service etc.
Channels include broker, agent, partner and director.
So, it is a multidimensional job.
Work with a business team to prepare a test plan and conduct UATs with business teams based on the project requirement scope, for EB end-to-end flow
Work with IT to walkthrough with the business team on the UAT results, with compare to requirement scope, to get the UAT signoff.
Support projects related to EB automation and digital adoption to uplift EB branding and improve distributor and customer experience
Deliver quality outputs for projects and tasks assigned

The Person:

A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics or Statistics
Strong analytical mind, interpretation and problem-solving capabilities
Possess business senses
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a business analysis or quality assurance team
Good at communication skills for working with businesses and IT
Experience in the EB industry is preferred, but life or general insurance experience is also acceptable
Team player who can work together and co-ordinate well with other teams
Able to meet tight deadlines and manage to work in a fast-paced environment
Good written skills as well as being able to articulate clearly and logically
