Job Description - Contract Assistant Manager / Senior Business Analyst (Product Development)

The Job
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of policy servicing operations.
  • Perform business analysis, elicit, and prepare user requirement documents for projects, in accordance with business requirements from the Life Operations Policy Servicing function.
  • Participate in solution design ; review system design documentation to ensure the functional design meets the expectations of Life Operations.
  • Identify key issues and risks throughout the project cycle.
  • Prepare test scenarios and test plans for user acceptance test (UAT) execution.
  • Prepare training materials and provide training to business users.
  • Coordinate testing and implementation with IT, users and testers


The Person
  • Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration, Information Systems or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years' business analysis experience in the Life Insurance industry, with a strong understanding of policy servicing operations.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Team player who is able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
