Job Description - Contract Staff - HR Services Centre (3-month contract)

Responsibilities
  • Provide routine clerical support to personnel & administration function.
  • Maintain updated employee records in HR systems.
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines.
  • 1 year's relevant experience in a sizable organization is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel.
