Job Description

As a technical lead, your main responsibilities will include:

Lead solution design and technical architecture for customer-facing platforms
Provide hands-on technical leadership to engineering teams across the delivery lifecycle
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
Ensure adherence to architecture standards, governance, and best practices
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, cloud, security, and risk stakeholders
Drive system integration across cloud and on-premise environments
Contribute to technology roadmap, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful technical lead should have:

7+ years of experience in technical leadership, solution architecture, or senior engineering roles
Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale systems in complex environments
Hands-on cloud experience (Azure preferred)
Solid understanding of modern application architecture, APIs, microservices, and integration patterns
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
Architecture or cloud certifications are an advantage
