The Role

• Handle client queries via emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal business units to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Perform policy administration tasks, quality control checks, and first-level investigations for continuous improvement.
• Support supervisors with daily operations, ad hoc projects, and facilitate customer engagement to meet business targets.

Your Profile

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in the Banking and Insurance industries.
• HKCEE/DSE or above, with IIQE Papers 1, 2, and 3 required.
• Strong communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, with proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
• Mature, proactive, and customer-focused personality with problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
