Job Description - Customer Service Officer (12 months contract)

Your new role

Handle inbound hotline calls related to policy enquiries, premium payments, claims status, product features, and general service requests
Provide clear, accurate, and compliant information to customers while ensuring high service quality
Assist customers with policy changes, account updates, and basic troubleshooting for online service platforms
Support outbound service calls (non-sales) including reminders, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction checks
Respond to enquiries through phone, email, live chat, and digital messaging channels

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or hotline experience; insurance experience is preferred but not mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-first mindset
Excellent command of Cantonese; good proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage
IIQE preferred
