Job Description

Handle customer enquiries professionally via phone, email, and other communication channels
Provide accurate information and timely support to customers
Assist in follow-up actions, case logging, and ensuring service quality standards
Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions

The Successful Applicant

University graduate in any discipline
At least 2 years of solid customer service experience, preferably gained in insurance or financial institutions
Good communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
Prior experience in a call centre or service centre environment is highly preferred
Positive attitude, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure
Immediate availability is highly preferred
