Job Description - Cybers Security Engineer (Penetration Testing)

We are seeking an experienced Penetration Tester with a strong background in infrastructure security assessments for one of our largest in-house clients.

Your new role

  • Plan and execute penetration tests across web applications, networks, cloud, and mobile environments
  • Simulate real-world attacks to assess security posture and uncover exploitable weaknesses
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and risk analysis with detailed reporting
  • Collaborate with system owners and developers to recommend remediation solutions
  • Stay current on the latest exploits, attack methodologies, and security trends
  • Support internal training, red/blue team exercises, and security awareness initiatives

    What you'll need to succeed

  • 2-5 years of experience in infrastructure penetration testing, ethical hacking or red teaming
  • Solid knowledge of tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus, and Wireshark
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, network protocols, authentication, and operating system security
  • Understanding of OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK Framework, and common exploit techniques
  • Industry certifications are a plus (e.g., OSCP, CEH, GPEN, or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and client-facing discussion
