Job Description

Perform data analysis and reporting to support CRM initiatives
Manage and ensure accuracy, integrity, and quality of customer data
Support end-to-end CRM content development and post-implementation measurement
Execute and monitor digital CRM campaigns via SFMC, AEM, or similar tools
Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams
Provide campaign insights and recommendations for optimization
Ensure strict compliance with data quality and governance standards
Deliver efficient customer service with strong ownership mindset

The Successful Applicant

University degree in Statistics, Data Management, Computer Science, or related fields
Minimum 3 years' retail banking experience in data or information management
Solid Python programming experience (mandatory)
SAS programming experience is an advantage
Strong understanding of digital messaging and CRM technologies
Experience with SAS, SQL, Tableau/QlikSense, Python, Pega preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
Detail-oriented with zero tolerance for quality or accuracy issues
