The Role

• Assist in system design, prepare program specifications, and perform application development, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing BAU support.
• Support end-to-end data analytics and BI delivery, including data sourcing, profiling, ETL, pipelines, dashboards, and model support, in line with SDLC standards.
• Coordinate closely with Business, IT, Data, Compliance, Risk teams, and vendors to facilitate workshops, manage deliverables, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage data requirements and documentation such as KPI definitions, business rules, data dictionaries, source-to-target mappings, and technical design specifications.
• Support UAT, data quality reconciliation, defect tracking, audit evidence, and traceability from requirements through deployment using project management tools.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT delivery support, PMO, data analytics, BI projects, or system development environments.
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile), including requirements gathering, UAT coordination, release, and documentation processes.
• Hands-on or working knowledge of SQL, Python, data analytics tools, and project tracking platforms such as Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks across stakeholders.
